Candidates:
The personal information that Avaris BV may collect might include your full name, username, password, email address, age, date of birth, gender, address, phone number, , personal preferences, and any other personal information that you choose to include in your profile summary, or in other communications to Avaris BV .
By aplying for a job you agree that we can store you full contact details and that we can use your details to take contact with you in the way you prefer. This includes all applications and therefore applies to interim candidates, freelancers, independant contractors and appplicats searching for a permanent opportunity.
By agreeing to our privacy statement you also give permisson to store your personal data for an inlimited amount of time unless you personally request to erase, change, or delete data.
Every 3 year we will ask you by mail if we can keep storing your data.
Why do we store your details?
Given the nature of our Recruiting activities, we need to process data in order to work with you on possible job opportunities. Avaris BV has a legitimate interest in processing personal data during the recruitment process and for keeping records of the process. Processing data from job applicants allows us to manage the recruitment process, assess and confirm a candidate’s suitability for employment. If your application is unsuccessful, WorldBridge Partners may keep your personal data on file in case there are future employment opportunities for which you may be suited. Avaris BV uses an ATS to track applications, send emails, and collect feedback. We control the messages being send and we control the applications. We will not put you forward for a mission if we don’t have you specific consent to be represented.
